Pattaya Street Kids Charity night June 2010

On Sunday 27 June 2010 at The Venue we were happy to hold a Gala Charity Night in aid of the Pattaya Street Kids Project. They had received a request from the Hauy Pong Childrens Home who had recently had an influx of 20 additional children and were seeking assistance. Although the home is supported by the Thai Government this does not include funding for ‘extras’. Extra’s include things like Bedding, TV’s, Computers, Toys, Kids treats, Clothes etc.

So despite it being a Football World Cup night and very heavy rain we were very happy to see a full house enjoying the special show that our own cast had put together and also our special guests for the evening, Dolly John, Lucy Lastik, Madam Karen. A special thanks to Geoff Vernon and his fabulous live singing including encore and standing ovation. (more…)
